2. Membership and Billing
Membership fees are charged monthly and grant you voting privileges and the ability to submit one website. All payments are processed through our secure payment provider. Membership does not guarantee rank placement—votes determine rankings.
3. Voting and Ranking Rules
Each member may cast one vote per day. Votes are final and cannot be withdrawn. Vote manipulation, coordinated voting schemes, or automated voting will result in immediate account termination without refund.
4. Site Submission Guidelines
Members may submit one website. Submitted sites must be publicly accessible, contain legal content, and accurately represent their nature. We reserve the right to remove sites that violate our guidelines.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not engage in: vote manipulation, automated access, reverse engineering, harassment of other members, submission of illegal or misleading content, or any activity that disrupts the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ranking and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Ranking, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
